It’s Hot Chocolate season!
Make one or two a little extra special with these snowflake shaped cream toppers.
- Gently whip some thick cream and place into a shallow baking tray lined with parchment or a plastic container ( I used a plastic take away container).
- Freeze until firm.
- Turn out onto a plate and gently use a cookie cutter to create your desired shape.
- Use a palette knife to transfer to your hot chocolate.
NOTE: Work quickly as the cream can be quite delicate and will melt fast!
